Job Description

This is a Full-time position available with Meridian Enterprises, an innovator of incentive and loyalty programs. Customer service reps assist truckers with emergency tire and mechanical service. Breakdown can occur throughout North America. Agents determine account to be billed, map location, gather customer details and dispatch service technician.

 Job Responsibilities

  • First class customer service
  • Aptitude for attentive listening and good note-taking skills
  • Adequate decision making skills
  • Ability to type over 45wpm
  • Synergy working in a team environment
  • Use courteous and professional tone with peers and on the phone
  • Recap key information to service technicians so they can assist truckers in a timely manner

 Basic Qualifications

  • Working ability with Microsoft Word and Search engines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience desired. Preference is given to someone who has worked in a Call Center. Prior experience in the trucking industry would be a plus. Pay differential for Bi-lingual French Canadian speakers.
