Job Description

The position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of programs and assisting in the overall execution of programs from an operational and technology perspective. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Work on the overall execution of program maintenance, proofing, and testing with direction from the Account Director and/or Account Manager.
  • Support the execution of programs assisting project team during production and quality assurance of deliverables in the areas of program administration, web/database deliverables, and other areas as defined by client requirements.
  • Run data through processing jobs; assure balancing procedures are in place, perform data verification, and audit claims. Support invoicing.
  • Perform data entry, run reports and distribute as appropriate.
  • Maintain quality assurance in all internal and external client deliverables.
  • Process new program enrollments and assist in processing.
  • Assist in resolving participant, client and customer service inquiries.
  • Assist in editing and sending out email or print communication.
  • Contribute to and help maintain program documentation for all programs.
  • Assist with 1099 tax processing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field required.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact successfully with project team and client.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities.
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to understand data flow and process.


Additional Information

  • Available to work evenings and weekends when client needs demand.
