LoyaltyEdge manages credit card reward programs for a number of financial institutions, specializing in program design, catalog curation, fulfillment solutions, customer servicing, marketing, and analytics.  As an Analyst on the LoyaltyEdge team, you will help manage client relationships and provide support to one of our largest clients and their co-brand relationship with the National Football League (NFL).

A main focus will be to act as the primary NFL point of contact for the Client to ensure a seamless customer experience during the redemption of NFL Tickets and Experiences.  The ideal candidate would have a combination of client-facing, project management, and analytical skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • NFL Projects / Change Requests
  • Maintenance of Rewards Catalog New Rewards, Vendors, T&Cs
  • Program Pricing and Eligibility Management
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting to Client
  • Setting up Promotional Campaigns
  • Designing New Fulfillment Solutions
  • Overseeing Projects/Change Requests to Catalog Design
  • Dedicated NFL Catalog Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Consulting on platform projects that would involve the NFL
  • Consulting Client on program performance, strategy and direction
  • Documenting process flows and creating procedure manuals for the functions performed
  • NFL Vendor Management
  • Coordinate relationship with Client/NFL Teams to facilitate redemption of NFL Experiences
  • Coordinate with fulfillment vendors to manage physical inventory
  • NFL Catalog Management
  • Day to day NFL Catalog Issues Management
  • New Reward Set Up, Approvals, and Testing
  • Product Strategy Growth, Rationalization, Marketing

 Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 year's experience with previous roles in support of an ecommerce platform preferred
  • Ability to maintain an organized project calendar
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business demands
  • Good relationship-building skills and business judgment
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
  • Prior project management expertise
  • Flexible, strong team player and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
